Arsenal and Chelsea are front-runners to sign Ivan Toney to bolster their attack but his exit in the January transfer window now looks unlikely.
Toney has become one of the most sought after strikers in the Premier League despite coming off an 8 month ban.
Tony will play again from 17 January and scored 32 goals in 66 games for Brentford until 2021.
Arsenal and Chelsea are both in the market for a direct striker and Brentford is believed to value the star at 80 million euros.
Both London clubs could pay this price but an injury to Brentford striker Bryan Mbeumo has cast doubt on the star's departure.
Therefore, Brentford will not sell the star in the January transfer window.
